Same here. I pick up a lot more canons where het romance makes up a huge part of the plot and while I do ship the canon het ships, since canon is already giving me what I want I don't feel the need to pick up m/f fics to read.

Yeah, I feel that-- I can see PLENTY of M/F relationships resolve themselves on-screen. Even with my M/F ships where they're platonic/ambiguous in canon, I don't feel the need to seek out fic, because I do feel satisfied by what we see. Yet even with canon m/m or f/f ships, I always feel like there's so much left unexplored!
