There’s no rape. There’s one scene where he has ptsd and tries to have sex with her, she protests and he stops.

That is very literally not what happens.

There's a scene in the first episode of the second season when he forces her against the refrigerator and pulls up her robe despite her repeatedly telling him to stop. The show leaves it ambiguous whether/how much he penetrates her but she says no repeatedly before finally having to push him off.

Walter has sex with Skyler while she's too traumatized and visibly scared to fight back or do anything. (season 5, episode 2)
Skyler is later obviously traumatized further by this.
