I actually have a fitness question. Does anyone here know any beginner fitness youtubers or tutorials or such (that aren’t focused on weight loss, please)? I haven’t been able to exercise much in ages for medical reasons and want to get back into it gently, lol. I’m looking for really basic and fun stuff if anyone has recs or tips of your own!

Some linked this on here a while ago:

(You'll have to search the videos on Youtube, the embedding doesn't work.)

I'm doing it right now, and it works for me, even though I'm out of shape.

Good luck!

Popsugar Fitness has a variety of workouts of varying lengths. There's a main instructor in many of the videos along with lots of guest instructors with different body types. They talk of strength, proper form, and will at times mention burning calories/fat, but it's overall not a focus on body aesthetics like many other fitness channels seem to have. I especially love the dance cardio videos with Deja Riley, one of the new instructors to the channel.

There's also JessicaSmithTV, which is centered on mostly walking/cardio/pilates. Lots of beginner workouts! She also has such a lovely presence and her french bulldog Peanut shows up quite often in her videos.
