Maybe it's the sense of finality of a heaven? Safety, I mean. Even in an everyone-lives, happy-ever-after AU, they're all still alive and in a world where more bad shit could potentially happen. In a heaven, you're done with that, shelved, and you're happy and safe forever more. It might add more of a sensation of permanent safety for the characters?

Anyone who doesn't think the docu was biased in favor of Joe is blind. Out of the documentary, the directors admitted that they cut out all of his racism. They allow Joe to frame how Big Cat Rescue is presented. They completely gloss over his particularly bad animal abuse by acting as if BCR is just as bad. The docu ends with Joe weeping and presenting himself as "a poor ol' boy" who just got in over his head but he really loves the animals. Poor boy just lost his way. ;_;

Had to start unfollowing people on social media because I've been thoroughly sick of the Aerith vs. Tifa debates since the early 2000's.

People I wouldn't have expected it from either, but I swear it's because it's so many people's childhood game they have stronger opinions on it than usual.

It's nice to go in to something completely unspoiled but at the same time I feel like knowing a winner or a plot twist hasn't affected my enjoyment as much as the overall quality of the thing I'm reading or watching.

I do like to try and avoid spoilers but I never get the "burn everything down" flaming rage that I see from other fans sometimes.

I wouldn't say I'm a Masterchef fan but I watch it sometimes not because I care about who wins, but it's fun to think "ooh that looks nice, I'd eat that" and "wtf is that? Would not eat!"
