(Anonymous) 2020-05-04 02:08 am (UTC)(link)another good thing to do is spend 30 minutes to an hour before bed doing something calming. turn off the phone/computer and just listen to some music in a dark room. i don't know how active you are at night but doing any kind of exercise too close to bedtime will probably keep you up. stretches are okay.
if possible, maybe try fitting in some light exercise/yoga sometime during the day. it might help you sleep better at night.
