all i can think about w this secret is how my friend hooked up w somebody at comic con and then got pregnant and had his kid. always use protection, folks! she was never shy about telling people who asked the story, and saying "yea, i got knocked up while in cosplay."

Because I feel like that's the kind of thing you think you want until you get it, 8 times out of 10.

I could be totally wrong of course. It could depend on context, like hot stranger in costume you meet at con vs rando chatting up online begore con, make arrangemrnts possible disappointment/no actual physical chemistry. But it sounds grand in theory.

No, and to be honest, I don't think I actually would enjoy it that much; I think the fantasy for me is much more about being hot enough that someone'd want to have anonymous sex with me

yes and it was kinda fun but more cringey. overrated, I say. cosplaying as characters who have sexual chemistry is, it turns out, not the same thing as having sexual chemistry, haha

If I was single I would have no issue with some hot rando sex at a con. But for the special planned meet with a stranger sounds like a disaster in the making. What if you aren't attracted in person? What if they aren't attracted to you?

I just would not be able to get past the part where we're both dressed like elves or whatever but we're in a beige hotel room and there are suitcases in the corner and we can hear people walking past in the hallway. Even with the lights off, there's still the alarm clock and smoke detector light.

If we were approaching it as just a hookup, not roleplay, and lol we're both in costume and finding the humor in it, that would work.
