Absolutely. I personally do not like poly/OT3 relationships because the dynamic is so different from what I'm used to. The 'character x has two hands' reasoning usually only means the character A likes both B and C and can have both if they want to, when I hear people say that, rather than B and C like each other enough for them to have a proper poly relationship.

I mean A/B, A/C simultaneously is absolutely a proper poly relationship, it's just not a triangle poly relationship.
