It's fine to talk about not liking something if you say it once or every so often when you just gotta vent.

But if that "every so often" becomes every other day or so, that's when it becomes pointlessly aggressive and rude. You can say you don't like something, but some people feel the need to constantly remind everyone that they don't like it, and that's fucking annoying. That's a difference I think a lot of the defensive replies to you here are missing.

Well yeah, obviously if you're an annoying fuck then it doesn't matter if what you're saying is positive or negative. The point here is that simply expressing a negative opinion is not an asshole thing to do at all, and it weirds me out people expect others to just shut up because they personally can't take a different opinion.
