Saw my gynecologist who was willing to actually diagnose me, unlike my primary care, even though it isn't a gynecological issue. He confirmed my suspicions on what it was. I now have meds that will hopefully help, though if they don't work more serious treatment may be necessary.

Led my Toastmaster meeting today.

Now I'm eating dinner and then I'm going to crash. I slept about 3 hours last night, if that. I'm still in a lot of pain. I'm waiting to take a pain pill until I've finished what I need to and I've eaten. I know once I take it I'll be out quickly.
