This is a cute secret! I haven't played it before either, and don't know if I'd enjoy it, but I love seeing how people decorate their islands and cute interactions they have with the little cartoon animals. It does seem like a really sweet game.

Thank you for keeping something going. I'm always late to the party with shipping, and it's sad knowing fanworks and all the little fandom inside jokes and discussions and content have been deleted already.

I really appreciate people who keep those spaces going for people to stumble across when they find a new old favourite.

I get that. TROS was kind of held up as a "return" to the style of TFA after TLJ. But I liked both of the others better than TROS. It just wasn't good.

I don't really think much about authors so I don't get upset if die, on a personal level, but I agree with the sentiment of this secret. The old authors are showing their age and new authors just aren't as good, whether in terms of quality and/or quantity.

I've been enjoying Jane Casey's Maeve Kerrigan series but the way she's been writing it, it feels like it ought to be wrapped up within a few books and not be a long-running series the way Bosch is.

Tana French seems to have run out of steam already.

Plenty of other authors I've tried haven't even enticed me to read a second book of theirs. I have a long to-read list but I don't feel hopeful that my next fave is on it.

As long as you are not one of those people who get involved in fandom charity auctions and then won't produce anything for the winner who paid for the story/art. There are always some flakes in all events, but don't be one of those assholes.
