Yeah, nose jobs tend to be the most obvious form of cosmetic work, IMO. Blake Lively is another example; her face just completely changed when she got that nose job, it's pretty amazing. (Though these days a lot of people are using filler to do minor changes to their nose, and with that it tends to be really hard to tell whether they had something done or not.)
