oh man the what iff???? is so real. my allergies were acting up so I had some postnasal drip type cough for like a day and the paranoia brain goes OMG IS IT? even when it's definitely not.

hang in there. treat yourself right, sleep and eat and rest, and hopefully you're just chiding yourself for thinking it just a day later.

NAYRT but like, literally, right as things were getting really bad in that last week before everything got locked down, the last lunch that I ate at work when we still worked in an office, I got food poisoning from. So that was a really fun weekend for me lol.
