(Anonymous) 2020-05-18 12:24 am (UTC)(link)enjoy the ship as it stands is fine, go for it and have fun. but expecting it to be canon is not a hill anyone should be dying on since it was never going to go that way ever.
it's something i'd love to tell more fandoms tbh: enjoy your ship but don't get angry when it doesn't happen when that was never in the cards, and no: you liking a ship does not mean you're owed it happening in the canon.
