When I actually think about the shit that's still up on ff.net I cringe so, so hard and am seized by the strong desire to rush over there and delete it. But so far I haven't given in to the desire.

I read a lot more fanfic that I write, and I LOVE being able to trace people's fannish engagement back through the years. Whatever my personality type is, it's totally the type that loves that kind of fannish excavation. So even though the thought of people reading my old fics and knowing they're mine makes me cringe, I leave that stuff up.
