NAYRT - It's super popular in my current fandom and I just don't get why.

I think "cum" as a smelling might be making a resurgence with Gen-Zers. Like, I'm not sure, it's just a theory. All I know is that almost no one in any of my previous fandoms used "cum" but it's EVERYWHERE in my current fandom, and my current fandom is way younger on average than all my previous fandoms.

I've seen it in two or three fics in my fandom (Tolkien). It definitely feels wrong and out of character in that fandom and I always backbutton when I see it.
