If there is smut with no climax or follow through in it that better be tagged because if I come across that without knowing that's the author's intention I'm going to be so upset. Everyone has their own needs and I myself get very frustrated when there's no, uh, conclusion so to speak. It's one thing if it's a long form fic and quite another if it's PWP or a one-shot that's centered around the two characters getting together and then that not being realized cause that's the whole point of reading it to me personally.

I read a fic or two with a dom/sub trope where it was too much for one of the characters and they stop. But it's pretty rare.
