For better or for worse, there aren’t a lot of real-life people who actually look like anime bishonen. (Of course, there aren’t a lot of people who look like ‘80s Arnold Schwarzenegger, either. Lots of iconic fictional types have only a few real-life representatives.)

I've seen some that would fit the bill but they're usually celebrities who go through a lot of trouble to maintain looking that way. But it's not impossible it's basically just a dude who is a bit or a lot androgynous and considered attractive because of it.

I think it is more prevalent in East Asian countries. Because it's a cultural beauty thing, so there are more successful celebrities with that look, while in the U.S. we go for a different look. Just compare prominent Asian American actors with big actors in Japan and Korea.

OP - My real-life, Caucasian go-to for this look is Troye Sivan. I am constantly headcanoning characters as looking more like Troy Sivan than they actually do. 😂
