Not to unfairly get your hopes up, but there are actors from non-English speaking nations that get into stuff with accents.

Not usually heavy accents*, unless they're playing a specific part where it's appropriate... and frankly, a lot of those types of roles are questionable in terms of quality. Having a heavy accent when you speak English is absolutely going to limit the types of roles you're offered.

* In case it's not obvious, I'm not referring to British, Australian and/or European (especially western European) accents.
