There's rarely a bad time to change your password, and adopting a password manager like KeePass (alternately KeepAss), Dashlane, Bitwarden, or LastPass is a very good idea.

1pass, enpass, etc.—anything that will generate them for you and keep track of how old they are. Nothing's unbreakable, but it never hurts.
