I don't think Adam Hills should have apologised for being pushy. Josh and Alex shouldn't have agreed to do a different version of the show if they weren't willing to actually participate in everything and go out of their comfort zones. Adam could have done the trip with more interesting guest stars.

They usually film in a studio but Adam (Australian host) took Josh and Alex (British hosts) to Australia for a special. They were all the worst stereotypes of the British tourist. They complained about the weather, the flies, how long it takes to get anywhere, and didn't want to do a lot of things the producers had set up for them. It started off kind of like "oh they're putting it on, surely" but no. They just didn't seem to want to be there and Adam was trying to get them to do more of the activities because "man refuses to get in light plane" is a boring special.

He apologised for bullying them. Which he didn't really. He was excited about everything and wanted the special to be good. It turned into Adam Hill Goes Down Under and Josh and Alex were somewhere off-camera sulking.

Oh that sucks. I don't always love Adam (I'm Australian so I'm very used to him) but that upbeat energy is kind of his *thing*. Josh and Alex being tossers about a paid trip to another country sounds like a real drag.

ngl that special put me off TLL when I saw it bc I hated how pushy Adam was and it just seemed so off-character to me. I legit haven't watched it since.
