There's one Seven/Janeway fic I've looked for a number of times but never found again. It begins with Seven and B'elanna talking about the Captain. B'elanna tells Seven that if she has any feelings for the Captain that she will have to make the first move. Later Seven visits the Captain in her ready room and kisses her. There was a second part to the story where Seven replicates a Borg attachment that gives both of them pleasure.
