Hmm, I feel like there's a decent amount with B cups in anime that people call flat chested because it is in comparison to the water balloons? Unless you feel like those don't count and you want A cups or less, in which case okay, yeah you're right I never see those, but I feel like those are rather rare irl too.

My sister has almost no chest naked, but as long as she's wearing any support (bra, bikini...), she looks like a B+. (Asian sizing here btw.) She also wore sports bras or no bras but 2 layers for a while cause it was more comfortable, but when she realized her chest got even flatter, she went back to "proper" (idk what they're called) bras because daily squeezing does change your boobs, our bodies aren't rigid forms. Also sorry sister for talking so much about you, but hey, anon.

Anyway flat chests are rare, but smaller boobs do exist in anime and I'm personally satisfied by that but it's also understandable you aren't.

They're version is more aesthetically pleasing. That giant "Ugh" is really cool, graphically. However, I enjoy the "flat as a board" implication in yours. You both did good!
