I find it fascinating that so many of us used to use our Barbies and other dolls to create harems and engage in other "unwholesome" play. I used to make my least favorite Barbie kidnap Ken and then have my favorite Barbie go rescue him. I really liked having them rip off each other's heads and then the victorious Barbie would put the other Barbie's head on a pencil and parade it around my stuffed animals.

Anyway, I know some doll fandoms can get kinda crazy about this sort of thing, but I don't think you should worry about dressing your Isul in girl clothes because there actually is an Isul that comes dressed in this awesome Alice and the Pirates dress (Isul Shiraishi Akira). As far as I know, nobody had a problem with that, so you should be golden.

LMFAO, wow, we were some dark children with our Barbies, weren't we :D?

I used to take the heads off my dolls, too...but only to switch them onto other bodies. Why, I don't know.
