I hope you get better soon! If it helps, there are ways to donate without donating money. I know there's a playlist on YouTube made up of different monetized videos and all the money's going to various charities. I wasn't really interested in the videos, so I just put the playlist on mute and let it play while I did other stuff on my computer. You can also sign petitions and write emails/letters if you're so inclined. There are many ways to be part of the movement.
