My current linguistic pet peeve is people who say "that" when they should say "who."

"The person who was here" NOT "The person that was here!" People are whos not thats!

I feel like I'm hearing this a lot now.

In a similar vein 'I should of' instead of 'I should have' seems to be everywhere these days.
