I have an ongoing contract with Orkin for a seasonal treatment on my house and they will be arriving tomorrow to continue it. Not a terribly exciting event, but I deeply appreciate a summer with no spiders getting inside.

Other than that, I'm awaiting yet another delayed period, which will hopefully arrive this weekend. My stress since quarantine and work furlough has been manageable but it still affects my menstrual cycle.

Lol. I had to fight a spider a couple days ago that was in my fresh basil.

I finally have a cat who will kill spiders (and try to eat them), which is nice. But often they love to get the drop on me from the ceiling so it becomes spider vs. me with a shoe.
