Not OP, but in comparison the Teacher/Student thing is a lot less worse IMO. If only because she's selling herself to you as is her job, and it isn't as if she's preying on her students for that purpose. I personally will never do that link for all the imagined reasons, but strictly compared to Futaba's link, the teacher is a full grown adult who is at worst in fear of being blackmailed by her student (which technically isn't even the case since she actually refuses to do anything 'serious' with MC until the final rank if I remember correctly?) and at most acts as a maid until the SL demands romance to be involved.
There's very little manipulation that way I find. Less so perhaps in comparison to even P3's Hermit rank (from what I hear since I've never been able to play any farther past unlocking Tanaka) since from the SL start each of you know who each other are... ugh, but I'm digressing.

You nailed it with the little sister dynamic. I personally liked her a lot too, but I'd never romance her since her dependency on the MC would be nothing less than skeevy, for sure.
