I agree that kids should not spend more than an hour or two on the internet or playing video games per day. They need to go outside. Same with teens. It's useful for research and homework and such but it's not good when they get into fights on Twitter that lead to cyber-bullying of their classmates. Technology is a double-edged sword like that and I think all things need to be done in moderation.
