Bookstore owner who lives above the shop with their adorable cat, always reading on the job and not worrying about rent or profit margins.

Five years ago, I would have said teaching at Hogwarts. Nowadays, I'd say anything but teaching - too bad it's the only thing I'm actually good at.

Sorry for the bitterness, I'm still working on getting over it.

Baker in a really fluffy soap opera, so I'm somehow able to have a social life while also pulling fresh baked bread from the oven at 7am (how did the bread get in the oven? Who knows! I certainly didn't have to get up at 1am to start work!), and never have to worry about the lease or whether I'm going to be bought out by some shitty chain.

I'm not sure if you mean "What would you do if you only had to work for love, not money?" or what "imaginary job would you like to have?"

If it's the former, then probably one of those nature advocacy/ecology type jobs where you get to be outside and that pay you in monopoly money and the smiles of children holding kittens. If it's the latter, then 2nd, 2nd assistant space whale scrubber, obviously.

Wealthy heiress who runs a nice bookstore or cute cafe on the side but doesn't actually need sales in order to survive.

'Cause fictional pirates have all the bonuses of piracy (freedom, riches, livin on a boat, decent captains and crews left and right) and none of the drawbacks (actually poor and starving to death, have to actually steal from people and not just find treasure, your crew probably sucks).
