I know this sounds contradictory but I don't you shouod consider yourself "guilty" about leaving comments on older works. I do get xomments on other older works of mine that make me happy, it's just that one single fic that made me write this secret that I'm sick of lol

I genuinenly appreciate people who do what you do. And I still genuinenly appreciate the fact that to this day people are still finding and loving my fic... The problem is that, at this point, I have received any type.of feedback under the sun, including negative comments on it, and I'm sorta bored?

It's surprisingly complicated because I don'y want to take the fic down, or orphan it. It's my work, and it doesn't feel right leaving it behind. I'm just... Sick of receiving the same types of comments over and over and over on it, I suppose.

depending on your email client, you could probably set up a filter to specifically delete just those comments when they come in?

Since the comments will always be [Ao3] Comment on Title, set up a filter to mark those read and delete them. (It won't take care of kudos, but those will be coming in clumped with your others fics anyhow.)
