Grant was my favourite on Mythbusters. I think it hit me harder than other celebrity deaths because he wasn't an actor on the show. He was just a guy who got really excited about building cool things.

This is so sad. I always loved him. And Naya Rivera is dead. I Never liked Glee, but the fact that she's 33 a young mother, and the way she died makes it sad.

Holy shit this is the first I've heard about Naya Rivera. I'm over Glee but I remember how big a deal she was to lesbian and wlw fans. And you're right, that is extremely sad.

He was way too young to die. I loved the whole build team, White Rabbit, and that he played Sulu in Star Trek continues.

I am going to, for various health and personal reasons,just drink a smoothie or shake from now on for lunch. Anyone know what's the healthiest brand of meal replacement/weight loss shakes on the market are?

They did, intentionally, to reference the movie. There’s even a chocolate mint flavor - has a green label.

Huel and Soylent are two different brands, but they are similar and both taste... okay. They have some decent flavors but still taste like your standard vitamin-y replacement drinks. Both work well as far as actually feeling full, but neither is for weight loss. Just really handy if you can’t leave your desk/ have to work through lunch.

I have this fandom friend who wrote a fanfic for my birthday two years ago. I would like to read the rest of the fic, but they have not finished the story. Should I ask them when they will finish it? Or should I just forget about it and move on?
