I'm an absolute freak about sweet and not-sweet foods mixing. When people are like, "Oh, this hamburger has a French toast bun," or whatever, I say get that shit out of my face. Sweet is good. Savory is good. Combining the two is unpleasant, especially if there isn't any kind of temperature difference between the two.

Also, ketchup on eggs is terrible and ruins them.

I love fried chicken and waffles... but not together. I absolutely do not want maple syrup on my chicken. I don't let it touch any breakfast meats, either.

But... sometimes I put ketchup on my scrambled eggs (only scrambled eggs) because of a childhood nostalgia thing.

Ketchup on eggs is terrible but hot sauce on eggs is essential

Also, I totally agree with the sweet/salty thing, it bugs me so much

Totally agree. And my dumbass brother even went so far as to make the state fair donut burger abomination on his own at home. Like, I like donuts and I like burgers but they need to be separate!

Also agree that ketchup on eggs is gross.

Sweet+savory is hit and miss for me. The idea of a french toast bun on a burger sounds nasty af. But maple syrup on bacon? Legit my favorite food in the world.
