I'm pretty sure one of my coworkers has COVID. She hasn't been in to work since last Friday, and I think the rest of us only get told if we've been exposed within the last 72 hours. But since COVID can take two weeks to show up and pre- and asymptomatic people can transmit the virus, I'm scared, since she frequently gave me lifts home (it seems safer than the trolley and bus I have to take otherwise since so many passengers and drivers refuse to wear masks even though they're required.) I got a ride with her last Friday. I hope she's okay, but I also hope I don't get it.
