"Erotic" adult/prepubescent content is not something I would ever personally read. However, reading and/or writing it does not make a person a pedophile.

The psychological reasons for why people find fictional/imaginary things hot are extremely complex and different for everyone. SOME people who find this kind of content hot are undoubtedly pedophiles. However, I'm willing to bet the majority are not. Many, many people get off on things that would horrify them in real life.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, "What we're really fantasizing about when we're fantasizing about [X]" is a question that tends to have any number of incredibly complicated answers.
