some suggestions for logged in accounts. won't help anons who are logged out, weirdly it would be a vote toward making yourself an account you can use to browse and just click "anonymous" if you want to comment. but. it doesn't look like there are going to be fixes that take effect for people just casually using the site without logging into an account.

Where does it say that? That link is giving some temporary fixes you can use right now that involve being logged in, but I haven't seen where it's said anywhere that the eventual bug fixes won't affect everyone, regardless of if they're logged in or not. The underlying code of the site itself shouldn't have anything to do with whether someone's logged in or not, and it doesn't make sense that it would or even could.
