Bad: Cats.
I love the Eliot poems. I love musicals in general. Blending the two just has never ever worked for me and I cannot comprehend its popularity.
Good: On the Town
Great songs, fun characters, zany plot, all 'round good fun, and a collapsing dinosaur. What's not to like?

For Cats, I enjoy the music. (Of the original London or Broadway casts, of course, I won't even go near the movie.)

But as a musical, it's definitely an acquired taste.

um... "Come Up to My Place", the musical number where a cabbie sexually harasses a passenger and tries to coerce them into sex?

I like to see it as a gender-flipped version of what the show opens with - I mean, we have guys going out fully intending to seduce women while they're on leave. Having her pursue him instead (and he does end up being into it) is also a bit of a comeback to his initial sexism when he meets her ("What are you doing driving a cab- the war's over") and gives a lot of comedy in him being just as out of touch with sexuality as he is with modern NYC.
It's dated, sure, but having her take the "male" role in the situation doesn't seem quite to the level of "sexual harassment" to me - at least, it's no worse than Gaby pursuing Ivy by stalking her throughout NY just because he thought her picture was hot. Compared to a lot of male to female "courting" behaviours shown in romantic comedies and musicals, repeating an invite until he gives in to her in a comedic song ... I'd personally give it a pass.

What shouldn't get a pass is the treatment of Lucy. She's totally used by Hildy, and treated as a complete joke by the rest of the characters.
