Right? I was late to this party, but wow was it entertaining, anyway.

Also, side note- I recall people who even pointed out that they thought the ship might eventually become canon (without being a Fan of the ship) being called pedophiles for even thinking it.. so.. there's that.

Reading this thread reminded me of all of that, I think a lot hasn't changed in the fandom, and I think that's vaguely comforting, for some reason.
