Are you implying you think it's someone besides Rin? Personally I'm neutral on the ship and don't have a dog (...haha?) in this fight but I would be absolutely floored if it were anybody but Rin. It's just so ingrained in the fandom culture at this point, even with me noping out of the anime series pretty early I still absorbed through osmosis how ubiquitous the pairing is, and I do remember when the CD Drama came out people were flipping their shit, although back when I heard about it there hadn't yet been an official fan translation, just people going "omg I can't believe Sesshomaru proposed to Rin" and people playing telephone.

Besides the Drama though, I just feel like there's nobody else in the series it could be, unless Sesshomaru cucked InuYasha lol. Considering how casual Japan is with regards to the whole "character A grows up to be Character B's bride" trope, I feel like it's GOT to be Rin.
