truth, but there's a super fine line between exploiting them and letting them exploit us. Pumpkin Spice Everything is a good example where we thought we were just letting them indulge us but it turns out they were using us all along.

On the one hand, the continued push to have multi-month long Peak Buying Shit periods for every holiday is exhausting.

On the other hand, I sure as fuck appreciate fabric and craft stores specifically putting out their holiday themed stuff three months in advance of the holiday, because between work and other obligations it usually takes me three months (at least) to have anything handcrafted finished.
