An American Werewolf in London goes on that list along with Tremors, Happy Death Day, Happy Death Day 2U, Lake Placid, and Tucker and Dale vs Evil. Oh, and Monster Squad! I can't believe I forgot Monster Squad, I love that movie. Also, Silver Bullet, Fright Night (1985), A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, The Cabin in the Woods, and The Lost Boys all have some comedic elements at least, some more than others.
