102. I did that with my first fandom (though I told them that I hadn’t!) but the nickname stuck, and I still respond to it. So does that mean you hate me too? (not meant to be catty, just curious)

122. Oh my god, OP, me too. Me too. But only as Hellboy, because seriously, that tail? Could do AMAZING things, I am sure. Seriously.

140. Can we be best friends? You pretty much summed it up perfectly. Especially when saying that about the first two. The first one is clearly the LEAST gory of the five, and both 1 and 2 have characters that interconnect to one another in complex ways. From 3 on they get really, really violent in totally horrible new ways, yes that’s true, but the story stays true to the theme of the movies. I just, yeah, people who generalize about them clearly don’t really understand. Which is fine, because this genre totally isn’t for everyone, but damn, stop judging those of us who love these movies.

Yeah. Sorry. Small town dweller and member of a VERY conservative family here, and I’ve been given a lot of shit about liking these movies.
