102. For me it kind of depends on how obvious it is. If someone actually uses the name of a character, I'll probably roll my eyes. However, if it's something less obvious like mine (delirium + morfeus) I probably won't even recognize it. What bothers me more than silly names is actually changing the names for any reason. It's a pain trying to remember to associate the new names with people I knew by something else before, especially when they are not people I talk to all the time online. I've got several people on my flist of whom I don't always remember who they are because they changed their names almost at the same time. It's really annoying. Also, keep in mind that it's possible that they've had that name for years and would not name themselves something like that now; one of my e-mails has "draven" in it (as in Eric Draven from The Crow), which is kind of embarrassing because people don't know that I've had that e-mail address for over 10 years.

104. Well, it looks like I don't have to read Time Traveler's Wife after all.

Time Travelers Wife was good I think someone is trying the justify their Twilight obsession, I can't understand how someone could compare the two.

No, I thought Twilight was harmless fluff. I thought TTTW was horrendous crap trying to pass itself off as Littrachah (which it wasn't) and I threw the book at the wall when it was done.

I am stomping on it now in my mind.

I really, really thought it was drek.

really, eh I dunno I guess we have to agree to disagree because Stephanie Meyer is such a Horrible writer that to compare the two doesn't any make sense. I do agree with you that TTTW is not a feel good story and there were some disturbing and stupid events in the book, so I understand your hate for it but really to me its like comparing Danielle Steele to Jane Austen.
