I've never left a review on a fic before, but attempted to, and as soon as I hit the submit button, it took me to the AO3 homepage. Is this supposed to happen? There's no sign that it posted (nothing like a "thank you for your review" message or anything, but I don't know that there's supposed to be) but I wasn't sure if reviews had to be approved or not before showing, so I didn't want to do it again and seem like I was spamming or anything. Should I attempt to submit it again, or just wait and see if it shows up later?

Might be that the fic only allows comments from signed in users?

Uh, no, that's not supposed to happen. Were you leaving it anonymously, or via an account?

I would go check the fic and see if your review is there. If not, leave it again. If you have an account, and that happens again, file a ticket.

When posting a comment on AO3, when you hit 'submit', it will pop up a little bar over the list of people who've left kudos saying 'comment created!', and when you leave a kudo, it pops up to say 'thank you for leaving a kudo!'

How's your Sunday going?

My head has been killing me all day. This loser's head is so very big and his body is so very weak. :( https://i.imgur.com/BznwdWv.jpg

I'm tired. I haven't gotten enough sleep the past couple days so I've just been laying around and don't feel like doing anything. I've mostly just read and watched YouTube today. I think I'm going to make something to eat soon then go try to find a show to watch.

Very well, thank you. I made coffee and croque madame for breakfast for my husband and I. I swept the patio and smoked a bowl, and watched a few PBS cooking shows. For lunch I made roast beef sandwiches and a quick potato salad. Currently watching The Untouchables and chilling with my puppy and husband, and he's going to make dinner tonight (mushroom ravioli with pesto and grilled chicken). Probably go for a walk this evening and smoke another bowl before a nice early bedtime. Boring but mellow and stress-free.

I applied to the Census Bureau to be an 'enumerator' for my community (basically - go to addresses where nobody has replied to the Census and get them to do it).

I've been waiting since 10 this morning to be called into a conference call with others hired here. No call. Also - can't get into the phone they gave me, and the IT is closed.

So - i'm happy to be doing this (part time until October), but frustrated that it's not quite as smooth a process as I'd hoped.

Also - it's raining (yay!) and it's going to be like 60 degrees tonight, and down in the FIFTIES tomorrow and Tuesday. YAYAYAY!

Idk if this is all of them or just mine, but the Safeway I usually go to started selling these COLOSSAL pre-made strawberry shortcakes in the produce section, and it was only $5! There's at least three good-sized servings in this mofo. Talk about getting your money's worth.

I know this is kind of a dumb thing to get excited about, but after a really stressful week at work, it's exactly the little (or huge, in this case) treat I really needed.

Iffy. For some reason I woke up really nauseous. Probably all the various meds I had to take the past few weeks. Haven't been able to eat anything.

Watching some true crime (A Stranger in my Home).

Bad enough where I'm having trouble fathoming staying at my job for any longer than a month more. Contemplating selling everything I own and just picking up and moving. Doesn't matter where at this point, as long as it isn't here. In lighter news, I've been making lists for the future so that's good. At least I'm hopeful for it again. Was feeling really empty and bleak for awhile there.

I had a little panic attack sort of thing because one of the chickens died :(
So I'm taking a brisk walk to convince the anxiety demons that I've escaped the thing that was upsetting me. It's working okay, actually!

Ordered a burrito for lunch and watched some basketball (Portland came back from a 20 point deficit against the Celtics and then ended up losing by 4... good game but come on, Portland, figure it out) which was very relaxing and then my phone had a little bit of an old meltdown so I was anxiously freaking out about that and then I went out to buy an emergency new phone and so now it's fine again except I just have to figure out how a new phone works

Sooooo that's my Sunday. Also might watch some more basketball while I work out technology.

Fretting because its been pouring rain very hard this evening and I've got a little water coming in the basement. I made myself a new mask, though, and made waffles for breakfast.

Does anyone else really dislike it when you can remember part of a film, and want to rewatch it, but can't for the life of you remember what it's called!

Yes, I've tried googling it, but what I can remember fits about a million horror films :D

[If anyone is curious, it's a film where a group of 20-somethings break down, and go looking for help, and they come across a house/cabin but there's people creeping around outside, so they go to investigate, and it turns out their future selves are the ones creeping around.]
