I'm fine with characters having and/or showing emotions and characters not having and/or showing them, but I haaaate conversations where characters are demanding that other characters have/show them.

+1, I hate that. Or being aggressive towards other characters for not showing them. (Looking at you, Bones, from original Star Trek.)
