I think it's alright if it's done with names that are written apart (which is something some translators prefer) but capitalising the second syllable right in the middle like that is jarring.
And yeah, I personally do tons of research for OC names but just simply finding a Chinese surname isn't that hard, there are several lists of them online. First names can get more tricky but surnames? It's just one google search, damn it.
