Same, normally I am not at all into 'sequel to beloved series but starring their kids now' but I'm unreasonably excited for the Inuyasha sequel. It got announced just as I was in the midst of rewatching some old episodes out of sudden nostalgia too, which was a nice surprise. I like the character designs (and the way Inuyasha and Kagome's daughter acted in the trailer was exactly how I would expect their kid to be) and the plot seems like it won't be a weak retread of the original so I'm cautiously optimistic.
