I'd just call around for insurance. You can get some pretty cheap stuff from Geico and such. But you do want fairly good coverage at least.

Man. I forgot for a second that Numenera was a RPG (and not a book) and was trying to figure out why you would rob a library.

Is car insurance really simple in America? Here (scotland)... self-assessing my taxes is proving to be a LOT simpler than car insurance. Like, why do I need to guesstimate how many miles I'm going to drive over the next year? Why do you need to know where I'm going to park my car at night?

Pfft!
I mean there are Numenera books.
Also we robbed the library so we could trade a report for a battery. The report was kept in a non-euclidean part of the library that attacked our minds.

Eh, fairly easy. You can do it online in like 30 minutes depending on what coverage you need.
