138. After having some of my favorites taken down, I do the same, even though it's wasting so much space on my laptop.

135. You could say this about ANY NGE character, even Gendo. I think Asuka has some complicated shit going on and needs some immediate therapy and help, but holy fuck I also think she is a HUGE bitch. Hating a character!= thinking they are shallow.

155. *Joshua!giggle* Eh. I like him, a lot, but he definitely has some Issues and I think he's only the god of Shibuya and douchebags.

Though, nitpick: why does everyone see him as a Kaworu ripoff? The only thing Joshua and Kaworu share is a love of cryptic statements, UST with the main character, pale coloring, and some psuedo-messianic themes (and Joshua isn't even a good Jesus figure, whereas Kaworu actually is). And this is coming as a fan of both of them. It bugs the crap out of me. D:

I dunno, Anon. Making him a negative character just makes him different. Doesn't make the quality of his creation any worse... He was just created in a different light. Kaworu was supposed to be there for Shinji. Joshua was supposed to be there for Neku, then totally fuck him up. =) It's not a bad thing at all, just different purposes for the same type of character.

AND YEAH I don't get that either. Joshua and Kaworu are absolutely nothing alike personality-wise, even including cryptic statements. I don't get the OMG KAWORU RIPOFF thing -- I'd actually never heard it before this secret. I don't see any resemblance at all, except in general coloring scheme.
