112. I actually really love the conversations about sexuality/gender/race/what-have-you, but you know, time and place. As for the different treatment, I have noticed this trend in fandom and it makes my skin crawl. I mean, yay, at least you aren't being hated on, but as I said elsewhere, even positive stereotyping is stereotyping. It is still regarding you as something other than, oh, a real person. BAH.

154. I have this problem sometimes. Not always, I think some people are just awkward and trying to be careful of the issue, but often times it smacks of the "but I have black/gay friends" excuse.
