Really really old stuff?
I read it for the laughs,second hand embarrassment, and the occasional "oh that was actually a good bit, good on you, clever anon"

More recent things: only when it's been long enough to forget what I kind of wrote and rediscover some bits I liked

Drawerfic,as far as I've understood it, is the kind of fanfic you write that you "keep in the drawer" -- that is, you don't post it, and it's for your eyes only.

It can range from self indulgent self inserts and smutastic escapades to anything that you don't really want to share with the fandom at large. They can silly or self indulgent, fluffy or serious. It's just the kind of fic you keep in a metaphorical drawer for no one but yourself.
